Welcome to CPS PTO
Spirit Wear – If you would like to place an order please visit our webpage by going to www.ircsd.org/calcium and choosing the PTO news link on the left. There you will find the downloadable order form. Over the winter break the PTO had to find another shirt company as the one we were using closed their doors and didn’t let us know. We now have another company and we are on track. Since there have been new students to the school over the holiday break we are going to extend our current order till this Friday January 27th. We will then place the order and get the shirts back within 4 weeks. If you have any questions please contact calciumprimarypto@yahoo.com. Volunteer Sheet – Also going home with this sheet is the new volunteer Request Form. If you can please fill out the form and send it back it that would help us greatly as we prepare for the last 5 months of the school year. Please remember to mark your calendars as to what you have signed up for. Also, please make sure your email address is printed clearly so we can send out reminders as well as upcoming information to you. Cookbooks – If you have pre-ordered a cookbook we will be at the school on Wednesday January 25th from 9:30am till 11:30am for distribution. You may also stop by the PTO room if you would like to purchase a cookbook or you can print an order form off of the PTO News section on the Calcium web page and send it in. Fundraisers – The next fundraiser the PTO will host will be a Krispy Kreme donut sale. This will take place in February with more information to follow. The Holiday Lolligram sale was a success. We brought in $489.28 in sales. We will have another lolligram sale in February for Valentine’s Day. Information will go home the beginning of February. The PTO is going to try and cut down on paper that goes out to the students. Please check the school website for more information about upcoming events and fundraisers. Soon you will also be able to see the PTO budget on the website and why we are trying to raise all this money. The PTO will accept checks for Spirit Wear & Krispy Kreme Pre-Orders.
