English Language Arts Task Force

The English Language Arts (ELA) Task Force was estalished several years ago with the goal of reviewing and re-writing the reading and writing curricula for the Indian River Central School District.  Following an established action plan (see related files below) and with strong instructional (teacher) facilitation and administrative guidance and support these goals were realized for the District.  The updated reading and writing curricula continue to be a source of great pride and form the foundation of the strong instructional program at Indian River.
