School Tools Access

I strongly encourage all middle school parents and guardians to set up an account with School Tools. School Tools is the student information system used at Indian River Middle School, by Teachers, Administrators, Nurses, Attendance Personnel and Guidance Counselors. By setting up access to School Tools, Parents can gain access to scheduling information, attendance updates, discipline referrals and up-to-date grading.

For Students:

I encourage all students to log into School Tools on a regular basis to help monitor their academic progress. All students have already established accounts with School Tools and can log on by using the following username and password:

Username: your last name followed by your first name

Password: your student ID number (can be found on your schedule)

For Parents:

For Parents, the School Tools Registration process is a two-fold. Parents must complete the online registration as well as print and sign the usage agreement and return it to the Middle School. Please click the link below to complete the Online Registration, then print and sign the School Tools acknowledgment agreement found at the bottom of this page (opens in microsoft word).
