Middle School athletes can be any 7th or 8th grader if they have had a sports physical by our physician. Currently our physician is Dr. Walter Minaert of North Country Urgent Care in Watertown, NY. Sport physicals remain valid for one year, then they must be renewed if you continue to participate in sports. We also need you to sign  a consent  for your students physical. See column to the left, heading is labeled as such.

Hey 6th graders! You will be 7th graders in the fall. If you want to play football or soccer in September, you must get your physical done during our August sessions. For more information call 642-0125.
