Application for Absentee BallotApplications for absentee ballots for the upcoming budget vote may be obtained between the hours of 9:00AM and 4:00PM Monday through Friday from the District Clerk or from ircsd.org.  The District Clerk must receive completed applications by May 11, 2021, if the ballot is to be mailed to the voter, or by the day before the election, if the ballot is to be delivered personally to the voter.  The District Clerk must receive executed absentee ballots not later than 5:00PM on Tuesday, May 18, 2021.
