Indian River Middle School Pivoting to Remote Instruction for November 23-24, 2020Earlier today you were informed of a positive COVID-19 case of a student at the Middle School, which has potentially significant implications for the number of students and staff who will need to quarantine for a prolonged period of time.  Out of an abundance of caution for our students, their families, faculty, and staff of the Middle School, the decision has been made to pivot to remote instruction at the Middle School for Monday, November 23rd and Tuesday, November 24th.  This will allow additional time for contact tracing to take place as well as for the District to make decisions about any other contingency plans for the instruction of our students. Please note that this remote learning is for the Middle School only at this time.  All other schools will continue to operate on the hybrid schedule, and we welcome Cohort A students to all other buildings on Monday and Tuesday, November 23rd and 24th.

As a reminder, breakfast and lunch (for two days) can be picked up on Monday between 1:30-2:30PM at any of the following buildings: Calcium Primary, Antwerp Primary, Theresa Primary, or the Intermediate School.  These meals are no charge for any school-aged student.
